The READY_NGO Program is a professional training track designed by Synergy Training & Consulting to prepare a new generation of skilled professionals for effective and immediate engagement in civil society organizations (CSOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

This program responds to the urgent need for qualified local capacities in fragile contexts such as Gaza and other crisis-affected regions, bridging the gap in humanitarian and development workforce through a structured, hands-on training journey aligned with global humanitarian standards (CHS, SPHERE, MERS) while integrating local realities.

The course equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and competencies needed to plan, implement, and evaluate humanitarian and development projects with professionalism, accountability, and impact.

What is the NGO_READY Diploma?
The NGO_READY Diploma is a professional training program (72 hours) designed to prepare graduates and young professionals for immediate and effective work in civil society organizations (CSOs) and NGOs. It combines international standards (Sphere, CHS, MERS) with practical applications in the local humanitarian and development context.

What are the levels of the program?
The diploma is structured in 3 progressive levels:
Level 1 – Readiness: Foundations of humanitarian action & CSOs
Level 2 – Empowerment: Project management, MEAL, AI applications, case studies
Level 3 – Professionalization: Certification preparation (Project DPro, MEAL DPro), advanced skills, job readiness, and capstone project
How long is the training?
The program consists of 72 training hours delivered over approximately 3 months, with an optional 1-month follow-up for participants preparing for international certification exams.
What are the expected learning outcomes?
By the end of the program, participants will:

• Gain a solid understanding of the humanitarian system and global standards
• Develop practical skills in project design, management, MEAL systems, and reporting

Level 3: Professional Specialization (Excellence)24 hours
