The READY_NGO Program is a professional training track designed by Synergy Training & Consulting to prepare a new generation of skilled professionals for effective and immediate engagement in civil society organizations (CSOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
This program responds to the urgent need for qualified local capacities in fragile contexts such as Gaza and other crisis-affected regions, bridging the gap in humanitarian and development workforce through a structured, hands-on training journey aligned with global humanitarian standards (CHS, SPHERE, MERS) while integrating local realities.
The course equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and competencies needed to plan, implement, and evaluate humanitarian and development projects with professionalism, accountability, and impact.
