NGO READY Diploma Course

Program Structure

The program is delivered across three progressive levels (72 training hours in total, over 3 months + follow-up support):

Level 1: Humanitarian Foundations (Readiness) – 20 hours

• Introduction to Humanitarian Action & Core Principles

• Humanitarian Coordination Mechanisms (Cluster Approach)

• Global Humanitarian Standards (SPHERE, CHS, MERS)

• Civil Society Ecosystem and NGOs

• Linking Relief to Development Approaches

• Designing Emergency Response Projects

Level 2: Humanitarian & Development Project Management (Empowerment) – 28 hours

• Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Predictive, Adaptive)

• Designing Development Projects & Community Initiatives

• Project Planning (Scope, Time, Budget, Risk Management)

• MEAL Systems (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning)

• Artificial Intelligence Applications in Project Management

• Case Studies & Practical Assignments

Level 3: Professional Specialization (Excellence) – 24 hours

• Advanced Project Management (Project DPro® Preparation)

• Advanced MEAL (MEAL DPro® Preparation)

• Essential Skills for Project Managers (leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation)

• Advanced AI Applications for Humanitarian Work

• Job Market Readiness (CV, LinkedIn, Interviews)

• Final Graduation Project
