From Gaza, With Purpose: A Journey of Leadership, Learning, and Unshakable Commitment

My name is Eng. Ahmed S. AbuAbdu, and my story is rooted in resilience, service, and the unwavering belief that knowledge can transform lives — especially in the most challenged places on earth.

As a Certified PMP Trainer (No. 3992287) with over 12 years of experience, I’ve trained and mentored professionals across a wide spectrum of sectors, delivering 50+ high-impact trainings in Project Management, Risk Management, and Sustainability. My mission goes beyond certification — it’s about empowerment, excellence, and enabling people to lead with purpose.

But I am more than just a trainer.

I proudly serve as the Director of Health & Environment at Gaza Municipality, where I’ve dedicated years of my life to improving the wellbeing of our communities through innovative solutions, strategic leadership, and a deep-rooted commitment to environmental sustainability.

Holding a Dual Master’s in Integrated Water & Solid Waste Management (from Japan and Gaza), my academic journey has equipped me with a global perspective and localized understanding of environmental systems — a rare and powerful combination that I apply daily in both my training sessions and public service.

What drives me?

  • Serving Gaza with heart and action. Every workshop I deliver, every project I lead, and every student I mentor is a small step toward building a stronger, more resilient Gaza.
  • Professional excellence. I don’t just teach best practices — I live them. From strategic planning to operational execution, I bring real-world experience into every training.
  • Global vision, local impact. My work bridges local challenges with international standards, ensuring that Gaza’s youth are not left behind — they’re leading the way.
